Fuyu Persimmon

Fuyu Persimmon is a tomato shaped Persimmon variety which is quite popular in India. This variety remains hard when ripe and can be sliced as an Apple. It ripens as it sits. 

The fruit has a sweet floral taste and lacks any acidic taste or sourness. It's grown by our partner farmers in Kullu dist in Himachal Pradesh
